Initially trading as John Alfred & Co, we have been trading for over 46 years and offer a friendly and professional service in both residential lettings and sales. Located conveniently in the town centre, we cover the whole of Barry, along with most other areas of the Vale.

Barry is an up and coming location, with many new businesses opening retail outlets, along with housing contractors developing prime sites such as the Waterfront and Nell’s Point on Barry Island.

Ideally situated just 15 minutes from the bustling and vibrant capital city of Cardiff, Barry offers excellent commuting routes, good schools, and affordable housing.

When you get this much for your money, Barry certainly is the place to be!

 

You may have noticed that our logo has changed!

We are still the same Grove Estates, but decided that a fresh new makeover was needed. We’ve kept it simple, but all of us here wanted a bit more colour!

You’ll be seeing the new logo popping up around the Vale in the coming months, but to ease you into it, we’ve still retained a few boards with our trusty old logo on it.
