The Burpees are an excellent full-body workout that can be used by anyone. Many people think they have to be really tall to get good results with them, but that is just not true. In fact, anybody who can walk around with their head up and can do regular push-ups can do the Burpees. Here’s how they work.
To perform the Burpees, start by standing in a small circle. With your knees slightly bent, take a few steps forward and place your hands on the ground. Now, bend your knees so that your shins touch the ground at your feet and you’re facing your opposite direction. Then slowly turn your body to the right and make your body come down to the ground as you do so. When you reach the halfway point, repeat the movement and do it again.
Burpees are one of the most popular exercises in gyms these days, so if you don’t have access to a gym, you should definitely try them out. You can do them just about anywhere where there is room to bend and stretch. If you have the space, you can set up a gym in your basement and use it as a place to do them. But why stop there?
